What is the overall production process of the Bottle Blowing Machine?

The definition of a PET Blow molding machine is a production machine used to make bottles of different shapes and sizes. Its working principle is not complicated: relying on the applied air pressure, the Blow Molding Machine blows air into the heated preform and sets it with a specific mold wrapped around it.

The overall production process of the bottle blow molding machine is divided into four steps.

The first step, warm up. Heat the tube part of the PET preform to a suitable molding temperature, and keep the inner and outer walls of the tube heated evenly. Because the mouth of the bottle is shaped, no heating is required. Therefore, the neck of the bottle needs to be cooled during the heating of the embryo body.

The second step is blow molding. The uniformly heated preform is sent to the Blowing Mold through the chain, and the sterile high-pressure air is blown into the preform through the middle of the mandrel for hoop stretching, so that it is inflated until it is close to the mold wall, and then cooled.

The third step is demoulding. After blowing, the machine starts to vent the mold.

The fourth step is to send. The formed PET bottle is sent to the bottle unloading station through the conveyor belt, and is pulled up and blown out by the bottle unloading cylinder. If it is in the blow-stick-fill-cap machine produced by Tech-Long, it will be sent to the next machine for packaging.
